Return & Refund Policy – Baker Brands LLC


1. General Policy

Baker Brands LLC (“Baker Brands,” “we,” “us”) specializes in custom-branded products made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our goods, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized products once production has begun.

  • Orders with approved designs, even if the customer later wishes to make changes.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.


2. Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Orders

If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved proof/specifications, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product,

  • Replace it at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a credit or refund for the defective items only.

To qualify:

  • The Customer must inspect the order upon delivery.

  • Any claim for defects, shortages, or incorrect products must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of delivery.

  • Claims must include a written description and photographic evidence of the issue.


3. Shipping Damage

If products are damaged in transit:

  • The Customer must note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record and notify Baker Brands within five (5) business days of receipt.

  • Risk of loss passes to the Customer when the carrier takes possession of the shipment. Baker Brands will assist with insurance claims but is not responsible for carrier-related damage or delays.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable under all circumstances:

  • Custom-printed, made, or branded merchandise

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Samples


5. Return Authorization

No return will be accepted without prior written authorization from Baker Brands. Unauthorized returns will not be credited and may be refused upon delivery.


6. Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of returned goods (if a return is required). Shipping charges are non-refundable.


7. Customer Responsibility

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all proofs and specifications are correct prior to production. Approval of proofs constitutes acceptance of the final design. Baker Brands is not responsible for errors, omissions, or dissatisfaction resulting from approved designs.
