Baker Brands supplies custom branded accessories, promotional goods, vape hardware, and custom packaging to companies across the US, primarily targeting Cannabis brands.

Role Description

As an Independent Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting follow ups, closing deals, and managing client accounts.

This is a fully remote contract role with the potential to grow into a full time position.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable making cold calls.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
  • Experience with customer account management.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Make 50+ calls / day.
  • Conduct weekly follow ups with sales leads.
  • Communicate order updates with clients.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable making cold calls. Effective cold caller.
  • Comfortable conducting follow ups and being persistent
  • Natural sales skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of email, CRMs.
  • Ability to "own your calendar" and keep your days organized.
  • Own an existing laptop and phone.
